At Angela Gartner's Portrait Studio, you will find we are not like the others. We strive to provide a luxury service from the moment you first reach out - from really getting to know you and your needs far in advance of the Photo Session, through the planning process and guiding you through your shoot, to the quality of portraits we shoot and the professional processed photographs we create, to the products we present your photos in. We specialize in printed medium with the intention that these will be the best photos you've ever taken and will want to proudly display your legacy portraits to be passed on to future generations.

The Consultation
Collaborative consultations with Angela are where you can truly find yourself in the details that set your legacy apart from the rest. We begin by honing in on your needs, goals, and vision to set the stage for ultimately planning the best portrait session for you, along with answering any lingering questions you may have.

The Studio
An indoor studio with professional lights & the option to shoot outdoors around the scenic Wilde Lake allows us to capture multiple creative concepts without regard to weather, sun, or inconvenient locations.

The Wardrobe
Each session includes multiple wardrobe changes that can range from what you wear every day to what you wear in your wildest dreams. We will talk about your brand, the image you would like to portray, the story you want to share. We will also discuss options existing in your closet, opportunities to shop, or is there something you would love to wear from Angela's studio closet full of vintage gowns and tulle dresses.

The Hair + Make-up
Allow yourself to be whisked away by our personal hair & makeup artist included with your session.

The Portrait Session
Your only priority is to relax & enjoy yourself. Embrace the fun & the glamor as Angela guides you through poses to make you look your very best during your magazine-styled photo session.

The Reveal
Following your photo session, you will be invited to join Angela for an exciting, dramatic reveal to handpick the images you love would like to make into artwork. Select from Italian linen Keepsake Boxes to store your matted photos to a variety of Wall Art in sizes & styles to suit your needs. Each piece is hand crafted in Italy.

I grew up surrounded by family photographs & a camera in hand. I loved portraits from the '50s & '60s with their Vanity Fair style. With an appreciation for vintage gowns, & a desire that every one should have at least one beautifully stylized photo of themselves. I was in love with the art of photography.
What I have come to realize is that outside of weddings, women tend to put themselves last when it comes to beautiful portraits. I am here to change that. Let's start by celebrating YOU!
